Here we are in the middle of a Pandemic the likes of which have not been seen in almost a hundred years. People are wanting to re-open their business; people are wanting to get back out and back to normal. How do you know if your business is ready to re-open?
Well that isn’t an easy question to answer but there are resources here in Minnesota on what are the basics. MN DEED is a great source of information. They have separate sections for both employees and employers to help guide them. Of course keep in mind that this is a constantly changing and evolving situation so things are likely to change on a daily or weekly basis.
What are the things to consider when re-opening your business. Well besides what the official guidelines might be the main consideration should as always be the safety of your customers and employees. If you can’t provide a safe environment for your customers and employees you shouldn’t be open.
