Super Search Engine Marketing

First of course is what are you gonna sell people?  Are you gonna sell your words, or do you have a product?

For obvious reasons having a product is more profitable, but many people make money just off the words they write.  Some have become down right famous for their blogs and make tons of cash.  What you want to do is entirely up to you.

Once you have a “product” you want to sell the next step is of course getting a website set up to offer your product.  Again depending on your product(s) depends alot on the form your website is going to take.  For example I have as a client Harmony Cedar who sells Hand Made Amish Furniture.  Their site is extensive as they have literally thousands of products for sale and extensive.  The other extreme is this site right here, it is small compact and once it is set up pretty much operates itself based on the software that allows you to see what it is that I have put up here.

So you need to determine what it is that your going to sell, be it services, your words, products or just Google and MSN or Yahoo links to other sites.

If your good at writing and are knowledgeable about a particular subject then making a site that sells your words and attracting an audience is the way you may want to go.  I will go into this further in another posting

If you happen to have access to products that you have knowledge about then maybe you want to go with a commercial site selling products.  I will discuss this further in another posting.

The key to the whole thing is find something you know something about and build your business around what it is that you know.  It makes it much easier to sell a product, or yourself if you know what your talking about.
