You do not start any marketing technique until you already have your site up and running.  No sense in telling people about a website that is GONNA exist but doesn’t yet.  So before you go on with this section make sure that everything else is in place.  This is going to be some of the best, or worst, ways to get traffic going to your site regardles of what it is that you are offering your customers.
